| Rick Sheldon is the developer of the FC One project at IH 20 and Beltline Roads. The City of Balch Springs Economic Development Board and the Water District partnered in this development to the tune of $1,400,000.00 to give the city an economic boost. The Builder, KB Homes, was approved in August 2002 to begin phase one of the 3 phase, 445 home project. Spring of 2004 phase 2 is under construction. 133 Acres of Highway frontage commercial is also available.
