GENERAL SPECS - SHEETS 1 through 7 Sheet 1 - General notes on embedment, curb markings, easement requirements, etc. Sheet 2 - Encasements and other general notes. Sheet 3 - Fire hydrants and water service information. Sheet 4 - General notes on thrust blocking. Sheet 5 - Wastewater taps, connections, cleanouts and general notes. Sheet 6 - Manhole information. Sheet 7 - Materials approved for use in District.

DC #6 requires all subdivision developers to dedicate proprietary easements to DC #6. This language is available upon request. Will be available on this site soon.
