I.         CALL TO ORDER

            The President called the meeting to order at 7:10 p.m.

            Mr. Bradshaw led the invocation.

            Present were:

II.       DISCUSSION, CONSIDERATION OF BOARD RULES.

The Board reviewed the Rules of Procedure adopted in August 1990. There was discussion of items needing revision.

III.      ADJOURNMENT

            Motion by Mr. Hayes.            Adjourned at 8:45 p.m.
