I. CALL TO ORDER, INVOCATION AND PLEDGE OF ALLIEGENCE

The President called the meeting to order at 7:03 p.m.

Mr. Bradshaw led the invocation.

Present were:

President - Mr. David Bradshaw

Vice President - Mr. Wayne “Red” Taylor

Secretary - Mr. Gene Hayes

Director - Ms. Karen E. Gray

Treasurer - Mr. Rodney Lara

General Manager - Mr. Don Hamon

Administrative Asst. - Ms. Annette Moody

Superintendent Mr. Dave Ramon

Comptroller - Mr. Lajon Hutton

I. DISCUSSION AND CONSIDERATION OF AUTOMATED PHONE SYSTEM

FOR THE DISTRICT.

Mr. Hutton, Mr. Ramon and Ms. Moody presented the Board with the need for an automated telephone system for the district. A menu for the automated telephone system was provided to The Board. There was discussion of the District’s customer needs when calling and the best way to provide professional customer service.

VII. MEETING ADJOURNED

Mr. Taylor made a motion to adjourn.

Meeting adjourned at 8:15 p.m.
