WORKSHOP MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

  1. CALL TO ORDER AND INVOCATION

Mr. Miller called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m. Mr. Bradshaw led the invocation. Present were:

Vice-President - Mr. Bruce Miller

Secretary - Mr. David Bradshaw

Treasurer - Mr. Si Irwin

Director - Ms. Karen Gray

General Manager - Mr. Dan Washington

Comptroller - Mr. John H. Caldwell, Jr.
  1. DISCUSS FISCAL YEAR 2000 BUDGET AND SALARIES

    2. The Board of Directors discussed the budget and salaries for the year 2000. The

    Administrative Secretary was requested to gather information on wages and job

    specifications for General Managers in neighboring water districts. A Workshop

    Meeting was scheduled for Tuesday, February 29, 2000 to review the material.

  2. WORKSHOP ADJOURNED

Mr. Bradshaw made a motion to adjourn. Second by Mr. Irwin. All in favor, none

opposed.

Meeting adjourned at 8:35 p.m.
