NECESSITY EXISTS FOR THE IMMEDIATE ACTION BY BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF DALLAS COUNTY WATER CONTROL AND IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT #6 BECAUSE OF A REASONABLY UNFORESEEABLE SITUITION.

NOTICE is hereby given that an emergency meeting of the governing body of Dallas County Water Control & Improvement District #6 will be held on the 18th day of June, 2001 at 7:00 PM, at its principal offices at 3620 Shepherd Lane, Balch Springs, TX, at which time the following subjects will be discussed, to-wit:

II. PUBLIC HEARING, CONSIDERATION OF ORDERS, RESOLUTIONS AND BIDS

A. CLOSED SESSION, In Compliance With Vernon’s Texas Civil Statutes (Open
