NOTICE is hereby given that a
joint workshop meeting of the governing body of Dallas County Water Control
& Improvement District #6 and the City Council of the City of Balch Springs will be held on the 11th day of
July, 2000 at 8:30 PM, at its principal offices at 3620 Shepherd Lane, Balch
Springs, TX, at which time the following subjects will be discussed, to-wit:
